Qatari Citizens wishing to travel to Italy

Holders of diplomatic or special passports are not required to apply for visa to visit Italy
Holders of regular passports are required to apply for a visit visa, which must be issued from the nearest embassy of Italy (before departure).
Notes:
Holders of (Schengen visa) are allowed to enter the Italian Republic.
Citizens: length of stay 90 days (regular passports).
The Embassy of the Republic of Italy has announced that with effect "from the date of 10th February,2016, CKGS company Cox & Kings Global Services, will be responsible for receiving visa applications, it is worth noting that the company's location is in Khalifa town area (Aljazeera Al-Arabiya Street).

Citizens of Italy wishing to travel to Qatar

Holders of diplomatic passports are not required to apply for visa to visit Qatar.
Holders of regular passports are required to apply for a visit visa, which can be issued from airport/borders of Qatar or from the nearest embassy of Qatar.
