H.E Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs, visited the shipyard of the Italian "Fincantieri" in the Italian city of Muggiano, as part of his participation in the inauguration ceremony of a corvette and a patrol boat.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by H.E Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al-Malki, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Italy, Major General Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Sulaiti, Commander of the Qatari Emiri Naval Forces, Brigadier General Hilal Ali Al-Muhannadi, Qatar's Military Attaché to Italy.
